How do I check my order(s)?
If you already have a customer account, you can track your order from your account dashboard. Click here to view your orders.
My order is a gift to someone else, how do I inform you?
On the checkout page, there is a text box to fill in optional order notes. Please inform us that it is a gift and you may wish to write a message that you would like us to convey to the recipient of the gift.

No, all taxes and duties are calculated based on Germany’s standard.
Are taxes and duties already included in the products?
All prices online have already taxes and duties included according to Germany’s standard. The breakdown of the taxes and duties are listed in your cart, on the checkout page and also in your invoice sent to your email after your successful transaction.
