Shipping Terms

We ship with DHL via standard shipping within Germany, to most countries within the European continent and the UK.

Shipping costs (including VAT)

We calculate the shipping costs based on the shipping address upon checkout. This will be reflected in your checkout page upon entry of the shipping address.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise specified, all goods are delivered domestically in Germany within 4 working days, however subjected to possible delivery bottlenecks during festive periods.
Deliveries times for all other countries are dependent on shipping location.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays, and post offices close at midday on Saturdays.
